6930 Analog Phone Quick Start Guide
Various icons are used to convey additional information about Callers List entries. The following
table lists the icons used and their descriptions:
Icon
Description
A checkmark indicates you returned the call from the Callers List. If applicable, this icon is
displayed before the name.
Indicates you answered the call when it came in.
Indicates you did not answer the call when it came in.
Indicates you were on another call when this call came in.
Accessing the Callers List
1. Press the
The total number of entries are displayed as well as the number of new callers.

callers

the list of entries.

Note: The phone retains in memory the last entry you viewed in the Callers List. Pressing the
Resume softkey allows you to resume viewing entries starting with the last viewed entry.

Note: The Callers List does not save changes. If you plan to dial the number again, copy the
entry to the Directory or a Memory key and change it there.
