Resolving hardware problems

This section provides information on verifying and resolving hardware problems.
For the NetVista thin client hardware to function properly when connected to a
terminal server, ensure that you do the following tasks:
v Configure the terminal server for your NetVista thin client.
v Install and configure the appropriate server software on the terminal server.
If you cannot identify a hardware problem, you can request technical service and
support by contacting IBM. You need to provide the machine type, model, and
serial number of your NetVista thin client.
