Fuses

To close: clip in cover : at the rear.

Fold cover : forwards until it engages.

Fuse box in the engine compartment

WARNING
When the hood is open and the windshield
wipers are set in motion, you can be injured by
the wiper linkage. There is a risk of injury.
Always switch off the windshield wipers and
the ignition before opening the hood.
Open the hood (

To open: turn fastener ; on cover : coun-
X
ter-clockwise as far as it will go.
Remove fuse box cover : up.
X
Use a dry cloth to remove any moisture from
X
the fuse box.
Loosen screws =, fold up fuse box lid ? and
X
remove it.
To close: check whether the seal is posi-
X
tioned correctly in lid ?.

Insert lid ? into the bracket at the rear of the
X
fuse box.
Fold down lid ? of the fuse box and tighten
X
screws =.
Insert cover : and turn fastener ; clock-
X
wise as far as it will go.
Close the hood.

Fuse box in the trunk
Opening
Open the trunk lid.

Lift the trunk floor up (
X
Lift up cover : in the trunk recess panel in
X
the direction of the arrow.
Closing
Fold cover : back in the opposite direction
X
to the arrow.
Make sure that cover : is in the recess provi-
ded for it in the panel trim.

The fuse allocation chart is located in a
recess at the side of the fuse box. You can find
the corresponding fuse rating and fuse type
on the fuse allocation chart.
