Default Password Information
To ensure your privacy, this device supports password protection.
The default, all-access username is admin, the default password is 12345.
To ensure your ongoing privacy, we strongly recommend setting a password as soon
as possible. Choose something that you'll remember, but that others would be unlikely
to guess.
Important Notice
- Do not lose or forget your password. To ensure that your DVR has
the best security possible, password recovery has been designed to be a complicated
and time consuming process. Only a select number of staff at Swann Technical Sup-
port Telephone Helpdesk can assist. Password retrieval can take several days, which
means you will not be able to access your DVR during this time.
