Each washing machine which leaves our factory is
checked carefully to ensure that it functions properly
and is in perfect condition. If you have any questions -
especially with respect to installing and connecting
your washing machine - please do not hesitate to
contact our Customer service department.
Before you call Customer service, please check
whether you can eliminate the fault yourself
(see from Page 23). By doing this, you will avoid
unnecessary expense, because the warranty does not
cover cases where there is no true breakdown, or
those where the Customer service is called out simply
to provide instructions.
i If a malfunction occurs despite following the in
structions given above, disconnect the appliance,
pull the plug out of the socket and close the tap,
then contact the Customer service.
You can find your nearest Customer service in the
enclosed address list. Please provide customer
service with the product number (E Nr.) and the
production number (FD) of the appliance.
These numbers are shown on the rating plate which
can be found on the frame of the open door.

pointless journeys by providing the correct product
and production numbers, and by giving as precise an
explanation as possible of the problem. This will save
