PROBLEM
Timer function is not working .
Odors permeate in the room

• Check if you have pressed the Set button on the remote controller after setting the time.
• Odor may permeate depending on the surrounding environment or operating condition.
Ventilate the indoor air or operate Fan mode for 1~2 hours if the odor does not go away.
(Part of the air conditioner does not generate any odor)
• Clean the air filter if it is dirty.
• When
conditioner, check whether each power cable and communication cable is connected. If they
are connected, turn off and turn on the outdoor unit. If the error message stays, contact a
service center.
• If the message
blink on the control display of the air conditioner, it means there is a problem so
you should contact a service center.
• Depending on the status of the air conditioner usage (especially when the outdoor
temperature is below 20°C).
• Water may be generated because of the temperature difference. It is normal.
