[Authentication]

The [System] - [Import/Export] - [Authentication] window allows you to config-

ure the following items.

This page appears when [User Authentication] (in the [Security] -

[Authentication] - [General Settings] page) is set to [Device] or [Exter-

nal Server].

[Browse] button

[Import] button

[Export] button

[Clear] button

Configuring the Printer

Type in the name of the file containing the registered

user authentication information to be imported.

Allows the registered user authentication informa-

tion transferred to the device to be searched.

Transfers the registered user authentication infor-

mation to the device.

Exports the registered user authentication informa-

tion to the computer.

Click to delete all user authentication and account

track settings specified on the machine.

Troubleshooting
