1.
DISCONNECT ROTISSERIE FROM MAIN POWER AT THE CIRCUIT BREAKER PRIOR
TO CLEANING. ALLOW THE UNIT TO COOL PRIOR TO CLEANING.
2.
Rotisserie should be cleaned daily to remove any grease or burnt-on deposits. Failure to
clean the rotisserie on a regular basis can cause both a fire hazard and a health hazard.
3.
Remove any grease or burnt-on deposits using mild detergents and plastic scrapers. For
deposits which cannot be easily removed, use a conventional oven cleaner.
Note: Oven cleaners often contain chlorides. Chlorides will damage the stainless steel
surfaces of the rotisserie if allowed to set for prolonged periods of time. Oven cleaners
must be wiped off promptly. Rinse the cleaned area with a wet cloth. Dry thoroughly after
cleaning.
