CLEANING INSTRUCTIONS PROCEDURE: Clean Hot Dog Roller Grill DANGER PRECAUTIONS: Rollers are best cleaned while warm. Turn ELECTRIC SHOCK HAZARD control to "3" and allow to cool for 20 minutes. Wear heat resistant gloves while cleaning rollers. FREQUENCY: Daily (minimum) or: Every 3-4 hours during heavy traffic periods or when used for high sugar or high fat product. -
