FEATURES & OPERATING CONTROLS ITEM COMMENT TEMPERATURE CONTROL The char-broiler is INFINITE SWITCH CONTROLLED. Power is applied to the heating elements based on the control knob position and the amount of energy used. INDICATOR LIGHT Light will glow when the infinite switch is in any position other that OFF. OPERATION PREPARE THE CHAR-BROILER FOR USE CAUTION: Hot Surface When using the broiler for the first time, wipe the entire unit with a clean Exposed surfaces can be hot damp cloth or sponge and mild to the touch and may cause detergent. - Page 10 OPERATION (continued) CAUTION: TEMPERATURE CONTROLS Each section of the broiler is equipped with an individual temperature control. The desired temperature is controlled by rotating the TEMPERATURE CONTROL KNOB. Any time the control is turned Surface “ON”, the adjacent indicator light will glow. Each section of the broiler may be set to a different temperature setting.
