Before Requesting Help
Possible cause
•
You have not subscribed to
Caller ID.
•
SMS Centre number is not
stored in your telephone.
•
Message was interrupted
during sending.
•
Memory is full.
Description
•
Could not connect to the SMS Centre. Check that you have
the correct SMS Centre numbers.
•
There was a problem sending the message.
•
Your number is permanently withheld or you have not
subscribed to a Caller ID service.
Solution
•
Caller ID service must be
arranged with Network
provider.
•
Store the number.
•
Wait until the message has
been sent before using any
other telephone functions.
•
Clear messages in the
Outgoing/Incoming lists.
