Make your copies
(a)
Press the Color button (4) to toggle between color
copying (illuminated) and black and white copying (not
illuminated).
(b)
Press the Copy button (5) while the Color button (4) is
illuminated.

Visually check that the expected copy results are obtained by
comparing with the original.

Repeat the above steps from Step 1 but this time:
(a)
At Step 1, place an example two-page color document in
the ADF rather than a single document on the flatbed as
below.
Place your document (2) face up in the ADF, top of the
document entered first and adjust the paper guides (3)
to centre the document.
