Current Requirements
Each of the pedals on your pedalboard will draw a certain amount of required current
from the power supply. It is recommended that your power supply is able to supply a
bit more current to the pedal than is actually required. A good rule of thumb is for the
rating of the power supply to be high enough to provide at least 25% more current than
the pedal requires. For example, if you had a pedal which requires 75mA of current, you
would want to use a power supply that outputs at least 100mA of current. This is due
to the fact that some power supplies can fluctuate in the amount of current they can
provide, causing the current to intermittently drop. You never want to supply a pedal with
less current than is recommended, as this will overwork the power supply and can lead to
premature failure. However, having much more current available than the pedal requires
is absolutely fine.
For pedals which can be powered using a single 9V battery, it is safe to say that the pedal
requires about 70mA of current or less. Therefore, pedals which can be powered using a
single 9V battery can be connected to any of the V-10's power outputs.
