Portable HandsFree

Introduction

The Portable HandsFree is a light-weight unit which allows the user to combine the
mobility of a handheld phone with the advantages of being handsfree.The following
three main components are included:
• microphone
• earphone
• connector
The connector is plugged into the system connector of the phone. After fitting the
earphone and attaching the microphone clip to a suitable part of the clothing, the
portable handsfree facility is ready to be used.

Portable HandsFree Features

The Portable HandsFree is designed to be used with all phones in the Ericsson 7X8-
family.
The portable handsfree communication is full duplex, i.e. both parties will be able to
talk simultaneously.
