ELECTRIC STARTER (if equipped)
IntekE Snow MODELS 120000, 200000, 210000
To Start Engine:
[1.] Check oil level.
[2.] Turn fuel shut-off valve (if equipped) 1/4 turn to
OPEN.
[3.] Push safety key IN (if equipped).
[4.] Turn rotary choke knob to CHOKE position.
[5.] Depress primer.
Note: If temperature is 15 ° F (–9 ° C) or higher push
primer two times, if below 15 ° F (–9 ° C) push prim-
er four times.
[6.] Move throttle to FAST position. Operate engine
with throttle in FAST.
[7.] Connect power.
[8.] Depress starter button.
CAUTION:
To prolong starter life, use short starting cycles
(5 seconds maximum, then wait one minute).
Follow equipment manufacturer's recommenda-
tions for charging battery.
[9.] Allow engine to warm up several minutes, adjusting
choke toward RUN position. Wait until engine runs
smoothly before each choke adjustment.
[10.] IMPORTANT: After engine starts, unplug exten-
sion cord from starter.
• Use a 3-wire extension cord.
• Plug cord into starter motor first, then into wall
receptacle. If additional extension cord is required,
use a 3-wire.
• If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by
the manufacturer or its service agent or a similarly
qualified person in order to avoid a hazard.
To Stop Engine:
[1.] Move throttle control to SLOW, then to STOP.
[2.] Pull safety key OUT (if equipped).
[3.] Close fuel shut-off valve (if equipped).
