Controlling alarms in standby

When your radio is in standby, the alarms can be controlled using the Alarm button. This avoids
the risk of disturbance to someone who is asleep.
. To change the states of the alarms when in standby, press and release the Alarm  button for
alarm  or Alarm  button for alarm .
. Rotate the Tuning control. The display will cycle through alarm disabled and alarm enabled.
. Press and release the Select button to confirm the alarm setting. You may use the Tuning
controls to modify any particular setting if desired, using the Select button to enter the modification.

Snooze function

. When the radio or buzzer alarm sounds, press and release the Snooze button. This will silence
the alarm for the selected number of minutes. The Snooze duration can be adjusted between
5 and 0 minutes in 5 minute increments. The default setting is 5 minutes.
. If you wish for longer snooze duration, press the Snooze button again to select other snooze
option. Then the Snooze symbol 'Z' will flash. Press the Snooze button again to view the
remaining snooze time.
. To cancel the snooze function, press and release the Standby button.
