This item allows you to control the Active State Power Management on both CPU and PCH
(platform controller hub) Both DMI link ASPM control items of the CPU and PCH sides must

PEG ASPM Support [Disabled]
This item allows you to select the ASPM state for energy-saving conditions, or use the ASUS

Onboard Devices Configuration

HD Audio Controller [Enabled]
[Enabled] Enables the HD Audio Device.
[Disabled] Disables the HD Audio Device.
The following item appears only when you set the HD Audio Controller item to [Enabled].
Front Panel Type [HD Audio]
Allows you to set the front panel audio connector (AAFP) mode to legacy AC'97 or high-
definition audio depending on the audio standard that the front panel audio module supports.
[HD Audio] Sets the front panel audio connector (AAFP) mode to high definition audio.
[AC97] Sets the front panel audio connector (AAFP) mode to legacy AC'97
SPDIF Out Type [SPDIF]
[SPDIF] Sets to an SPDIF audio output.
[HDMI] Sets to an HDMI audio output.
SupremeFX Lighting LED [Enabled]
Allows you to enable or disable the SupremeFX Lighting LED. Configuration options:
[Enabled] [Disabled]
M.2 PCIe mode [Disabled]
This item appears only when you installed a PCIe M.2 SSD module and allows you to enable/
disable M.2 PCIe mode. Configuration options: [Disabled] [Enabled]
PCI-Express x16_3 slot (Black) bandwidth [Auto]
This item appears only when you set the M.2 PCIe mode item to [Disabled] and allows you
to select the PCI-Express x16_3 slot bandwidth. Configuration options: [Auto] [x2 mode] [x4
