Mounting the Deflector

Use the Right Deflector
A
WARNING
Deflector (A) with skirt and blade is only
approved for mowing heads.
B
WARNING
Deflector (B) without skirt and blade is
only approved for grass cutting blades.

Deflector (C) with blade is only approved
for mowing heads.
Mounting the Deflector
All deflectors are mounted to the
gearbox in the same way.

Position deflector (1) or (2) on the

gearbox.
Insert the screws (3) and tighten
N
them down firmly.
Fitting the Skirt and Blade

WARNING
These parts must be fitted to the
deflector (1) when you use a mowing
head.
Slide the lower guide slot of the skirt
N
(4) onto the deflector (1) – it must
snap into position.
Push the blade (5) into the upper
N
guide slot on the skirt and line it up
with the first hole.
Insert the screw and tighten it down
N
firmly.
