    320 × 240 2 PANORAMA Panorama shooting lets you create a panoramic picture, software on the provided CD- ROM. An Olympus xD-Picture Card is required for panorama shooting. Connects pictures from left to right Y: The next picture is connected at the right edge.
  • Page 20 Use the arrow pad to specify at which edge you want to connect the pictures; and then compose your shots so that the edges of the pictures overlap. The part of the previous picture that will be combined will not remain in the frame. Remember the frame displayed on the monitor as a rough indication, then compose the shot so that the edges of the previous picture in the frame overlap with the next shot.

  • Page 26 PIXEL MAPPING The pixel mapping feature allows the camera to check and adjust the CCD and image processing functions. It is not necessary to operate this function frequently. Approximately once a year is recommended. Wait at least one minute after taking or viewing pictures to allow the pixel mapping function to perform properly.

    Printing pictures Direct printing (PictBridge) By connecting the camera to a PictBridge-compatible printer, you can print pictures directly - no computer necessary. Select the pictures you want to print and the number of prints using the camera’s print menus. To find out if your printer is compatible with PictBridge, refer to the printer’s instruction manual.
