Fast freezing

In order to retain the vitamins, nutritional
value, appearance and flavour food
should be frozen as quickly as possible.
Do not exceed the max. freezing capacity.
Vitamins, nutritional values, appearance
and taste are therefore retained.
To prevent an undesirable temperature
rise when placing fresh food in the freezer
compartment, switch on fast freeze
several hours beforehand.
To switch on and off, select the freezer
compartment area beforehand with
the selection button. Fig. 2/1
Then press the super" button. Fig. 2/9
As a rule, 4-6 hours is adequate.
If max. freezing capacity is to be utilised,
24 hours are required.
Smaller quantities of food (up to 2 kg)
can also be frozen without "Fast freeze".
Fast freeze" switches off automatically
after 2½ days at the latest.

Super cooling

Super cooling cools the refrigerator
compartment as cold as possible for
approx. 6 hours. Then the temperature
set before super mode is automatically
restored.
To switch on and off, select the refrige
rator compartment area beforehand with
the selection button. Fig. 2/1

Switch on super mode, e. g.:
S before placing large quantities of food
in the refrigerator compartment.
S for the rapid cooling of drinks.
