ETERNUS DX100 S3 Base Module - Front View

The Scale model of ETERNUS CS800 S6 uses ETERNUS DX100 S3 storage modules as
backup data storage. There are two variants of the ETERNUS DX100 S3 storage modules:
a storage base module (controller enclosure) which is connected to the server
l
component, and up to ten optional
storage expansion modules (drive enclosure) to provide additional capacity for backup
l
data.
The ETERNUS DX100 S3 base module contains 12 3.5-inch NL-SAS hard disk drives in the
front and one controller module and two power supplies in the rear.

Description
AC power is supplied to the power supply unit.
AC power is supplied to the power supply unit, but
DC power is not supplied to the storage
subsystem.
AC power is not supplied to the power supply unit.
AC power is not supplied to this power supply

supply unit.
The power supply unit or the fan in the power
supply unit is in error status.
