DOOR INSTALLATION & REMOVAL
THE DOOR LATCHES ARE PART OF A SAFETY SYSTEM AND MUST BE PROPERLY ENGAGED. DO
FACING AND/OR FINISHING MATERIALS MUST NOT INTERFERE WITH AIR FLOW THROUGH AIR
OPENINGS, LOUVRES OPENINGS, OPERATION OF LOUVRES OR DOORS OR ACCESS FOR
SERVICE. OBSERVE ALL CLEARANCES WHEN APPLYING COMBUSTIBLE MATERIALS.
BEFORE DOOR IS REMOVED TURN THE APPLIANCE OFF AND WAIT UNTIL APPLIANCE IS COOL TO
To access the door latches, remove the valve control door and upper trim. To
open the door, release the top and bottom door latches, located at the right side
of the door.
NOTE: The protective wrap on plated parts is best removed when the as-
sembly is at room temperature but this can be improved if the assembly is
warmed, using a hair dryer or similar heat source.
