• Never pass the appliance over the extension cable while the
tool is working. Make sure you always know where the cable is.
• Do not wire an extension cable directly into your device
yourself. Instead, take the device to your nearest authorized
Service Centre.
• To avoid danger, damaged power cord should be replaced
by manufacturer or its agent, or similar qualified person.
• Immediately unplug the tool when its cable is damaged or
cut.
ATTENTION
DANGER OF ELECTRIC SHOCK! Consider working area
environment. Do not expose power tools to rain. Do not use
power tools in damp or wet locations. Keep work area well lit
and dry. Try to prevent the device from getting wet or being
exposed to humidity. Do not leave it outside overnight. Water
entering a power tool will increase the risk of electric shock.
• The power supply cable should be checked regularly and,
before using it, make sure the cable is not damaged or worn out.
If the cable is not in good condition, do not use the appliance;
take it to an authorized service centre.
• When tool is used outdoor, only use an extension cable that
is suitable for outdoor use and which is marked for this specific
use. Keep it away from the working area, from damp, wet or oily
surfaces and away from heat and flammable materials.
• Avoid any accidental starting: make sure that the power
switch (if present) is in the «off» position, before plugging the
tool in.
• Remove adjusting keys or wrenches before turning the tool
on.
• Do not use the tool if the switch does not turn the tool on
or off. Any tool that cannot be controlled with the switch is
dangerous and must be repaired.
WARNING
During the use of power tools, some dust containing chemicals
known to cause cancer, may occur. Some of these chemicals are:
lead from lead based paints, crystalline silica from bricks and
cement and other masonry products, arsenic and chromium
from chemically treated lumber and other dangerous products. If
dust is present, your risk from these exposures varies, depending
on how often you do this type of work. To reduce your exposure
to these chemicals, any time you do pulverulent operations,
work in a well ventilated area and work with approved safety
equipment, such as dust masks that are specially designed to
filter out microscopic particles.
• If the appliance strikes a foreign body, examine the device
for signs of damage and carry out any necessary repairs before
restarting and continuing to work.
• If the appliance starts to vibrate abnormally, turn it off
and check for the cause immediately. Vibration is generally a
warning of trouble.
• Always switch off the appliance and wait until the device
completely stops whenever you leave the machine, before
carrying out maintenance, before checking, cleaning or working
on the appliance.
• It is forbidden to move or modify any of the internal parts
of the device.

Specific safety rules

• Check the lower guard for proper closing before using. Do
not operate the saw if the lower guard does not move freely and
close instantly. Never clamp or tie the lower guard in the open
position. If the saw is accidentally dropped, the lower guard may
be bent. Raise the lower guard with the blade guard lever and
make sure that it moves freely and does not touch the blade or
any other part, in all angles and depths of cut.
• Check the operation of the lower guarding spring. If the
guard and the spring are not operating properly, they must be
serviced before using. The lower guard may operate sluggishly
due to the damaged parts, the gummy deposits, or the build-up
of debris.
• Lower guard should be retracted manually only for special
cuts such as deep cut and compound cuts. Raise the lower guard
by blade guard lever. As soon as the blade enters the material,
the lower guard must be released. For all other sawing tasks, the
lower guard should operate automatically.
• It should be always observed whether the lower guard
covers the blade completely before placing the saw down on
bench or floor. An unprotected, coasting blade will cause the
saw to walk backward and cut whatever in the path. Be aware
of the time it takes for the blade to stop after the switch is
released.
• Do not use any abrasive wheel blade or round saw blade
of the same size. Only special metal blades can be used in this
machine.
• A dustproof eye mask should be worn when dust occurs
during cutting.
• Use blades recommended by the manufacturer.
• When cutting metal or any other materials, the force should
be even. Never wobble the machine.
• Do not cover the ventilation slot, and clear dust or other
materials on it.
• Do not clamp the machine with pincers. Do not carry out
cutting with the machine inversely clamped in pincers, for it is
very dangerous and may lead to serious accidents.
• Do not let metal chips be sucked into the air inlet of motor
during operation to avoid any damage to the motor.
• Ensure there's no one underneath the machine during aloft
work.
• Do not touch the saw blade immediately after cutting, as
the saw blade may be hot and may burn skin.
• Do not touch cut materials immediately after cutting, as the
material may be hot at that moment.
• Do not use cutting machine lubricate, or fire risk may occur.
• Do not start cutting operations if the saw blade is in contact
with the workpiece. The cutting should be carried out after the
saw blade is in full speed.
• Do not force tool. It will do a better job and operate more
safety at the rate for which it was intended.
• Before sawing, remove all nails and other metal objects
from the workpiece.
• Never start sawing before the saw reaches its full speed.
