To search for a contact in the corporate directory:
1. Press
2. Select Corporate Directory.
When you first access the corporate directory, the message "Directory update in
progress" appears momentarily. Then the corporate directory entries appear. If no
corporate directory entries appear, review your search criteria. Your criteria may be
set to exclude all corporate directory entries.
3. Search for the contact in one of the following ways:
— Use and
You can also use the * key to Page Up and the # key to Page Down.
— Press the Search soft key, and then enter the first few letters or
numbers of the first name, last name, or any other parameter
displayed in the list. Press the Submit soft key.
— Using the dial pad, enter the first few characters of the contacts's last
name.
The characters that you enter appear on the second line of the graphic
display.
You can dial any successful matches from the resulting information on the
graphic display.
