To change the filters
There are three types of filter on your VS-21. Vax recommends changing all filters every 6 months or when
a loss of suction is experienced.
1. Air outlet filters
Fig. 15 The filter is located in a compartment on the side of the machine body. Remove the grill which secures it and
replace the filter with a new one.
2. Motor protection filter

Firstly remove the dust vessed and secondly remove the motor protection filter. Replace used filters with new
ones and re-assemble.
