  • Page 3 Fig.1a Slide the tool holding bracket over the end of the tube and tighten with a screw driver. Vax recommends positioning the bracket approx 16cm from the tube base as illustrated in fig. 1a. This allows the bracket to be used in the tool park function (explained in fig’s 11 and 12).

  • Page 9 To change the filters There are three types of filter on your VS-21. Vax recommends changing all filters every 6 months or when a loss of suction is experienced. 1. Air outlet filters Fig. 15 The filter is located in a compartment on the side of the machine body. Remove the grill which secures it and replace the filter with a new one.

Remove the filter and rubber seal assembly from the holding frame and replace with a new filter. Attention: Do not use the vacuum cleaner without the dust vessel filter, motor protection filter or air outlet filter.
