For even defrosting, some foods need to be broken
up or separated part of the way through the
defrosting time.
Check the Defrosting Guide for other defrosting tips.
Foods that spoil easily, such as milk, eggs, fish,
stuffings, poultry and pork should not be allowed
to sit out for more than one hour after defrosting.
