Assembling the Unit

Mounting the Loop Handle

Place the clamp (1) in the loop

handle (2) and position them both
against the drive tube (5) between
the carrying ring (3) and handle
hose (4).
Place the clamp (6) against the

drive tube.
Line up the holes.

Insert the screws (7) with
N
washers (8).
Fit the square nuts (9) and screw
N
home the screws.
Line up the loop handle.

Tighten down the screws firmly.

Connecting Charger to
Power Supply
Power supply (mains) voltage and
operating voltage must be the same.

Insert the plug (1) in the wall

outlet (2).

A self test is performed after the charger
is connected to the power supply. During
this process, the light emitting diode (1)
on the charger lights up green for about
1 second, then red and goes off again.

Charging the Battery

When delivered, the battery is not fully
charged.
It is advisable to charge the battery
completely before using it for the first
time.
Connect the charger to the power

supply – mains voltage and
operating voltage of the charger
must match – see "Connecting
Charger to Power Supply"
Operate the charger only in a closed, dry
space at ambient temperatures of +5 °C
to +40 °C (41° F to 104° F) .
Slide the battery (1) into the
N
charger (2) until you start to feel
resistance – then push it in until it
engages
