3. Insert your finger into the depression on top of the ink cartridge and pull the cartridge straight out.
Caution: Be careful handling the ink cartridge as there may be ink around the ink supply port.
Warning: If ink gets on your skin, wash it thoroughly with soap and water. If ink gets into your eyes,
flush them immediately with water. If ink gets into your mouth, spit it out and see a doctor right away.
Keep ink cartridges out of the reach of children.
4. Remove the new cartridge from the package. Then gently shake the cartridge for about 15 times
within five seconds. If you are replacing an Orange, White, or Metallic Silver ink cartridge, shake it
about 50 times within 15 seconds.
Note: Do not touch the green chip on the cartridge.
