FRONT BRAKE
3. Check :
• Brake hose Q
Cracks/Wear/Damage © Replace.

4. Measure :
• Brake disc deflection
Out of specification © Inspect wheel runout.
If wheel runout is good, replace the brake disc(s).
Maximum deflection :
347001
• Brake disc thickness
Out of specification © Replace.
Minimum thickness :
Bolt (brake disc) :

CALIPER ASSEMBLY

WARNING
• All internal parts should be cleaned in new
brake fluid only.
• Internal parts should be lubricated with
clean brake fluid when installed.
Recommended brake fluid :
• Replace the piston seals whenever a caliper
is disassembled.
1. Install :
• Piston seals Q
• Caliper piston W
WARNING
Always use new piston seals.
