NOTE
You
can
create
Performances on
the
JV-80 by combining
Patches
from
both
internal
memory
and
DATA
card.
When
copying Performance
data created
in this
way
from
internal
memory
to
DATA
card or vice
versa,
take care
to
avoid
possible
problems, such
as
described
in
the
example
below.
(Example)
In
this
example, a Performance
numbered
101
has been programmed, and
in
it
Part
1
has
been
assigned
to
Patch 112
and
Patch
Cll
has been assigned
to
Part
2.
When
the
Performance
is
copied from
internal
memory
to
DATA
card,
it
is
stored
as
"COl"
in
the
DATA
card.
In
this
operation, the
Patch
of
Part
1
is
stored
as
"Cl2" and
the
Patch
of
Part
2
stays the
same
as
Cll
.
If
this
copied
Performance
is
copied
again,
this
time from
DATA
card
back
to
internal
memory,
the
Performance
is
stored
as
"101,"
and
Part
1
is
stored
as "112"
to internal
memory. However.
Part
2
is
now
stored
as
"III." Therefore,
even though
the
Performance
number
is
the
same
as
that of
the
original
data,
the
Patch
number
set
for
Part
2 has
been
changed.
