PROBLEM
Motor won't start.
The machine cut off suddenly.
Material not being drawn down into
the machine.
Material not properly separeted
when it has been shredded.
Direction of rotation changes
automatically.

TROUBLESHOOTING

POSSIBLE CAUSE
1. No main voltage.
2. Power cord/plug coupling faulty.
3. Material was hold/jammed
in blade.
1. Overload protector cutoff because
materials was jammed in a
long time.
2. Motor thermo-protector cutoff.
Cutting blade running backwards.
A big clearance between shaving
plate and blade.
Material blockage.

SOLUTION
1. Check fuse.
2. Check, replace.
3. Reversal, take out the material.
1. Wait for 5minutes,press the overload
protector,reversal and take out
the material.
2. Wait for 5 minutes, switch it
on again.
Change direction of rotation.
Readjust the clearance to 0-0.5 mm.
Switch off, wait until it has stopped
completely and then switch it
on again.
