NOTE: The bottom cover spare part kit includes 4 rubber feet.
Description
Bottom cover
Before disassembling the computer, follow these steps:
1. Turn off the computer. If you are unsure whether the computer is off or in Hibernation,
turn the computer on, and then shut it down through the operating system.
2. Disconnect the power from the computer by first unplugging the power cord from the AC outlet and then
unplugging the AC adapter from the computer.
3. Disconnect all external devices from the computer.
Remove the bottom cover:
1. Close the computer.
2. Position the computer upside down.
3. Remove the six Torx T8M2.0×3.9 screws (1) and the two Torx T8M2.0×7.5 screws (2) that
secure the bottom cover to the computer.
4. Remove the bottom cover (3) from the computer.
5. Turn the computer right side up, with the front toward you.
Reverse this procedure to install the bottom cover.
