2) Scan Lock Error
Description: CCDM do not move and displayed 'Scanner Lock' on the LCD Panel.
1. Check the CCD Home Sensor.
2. Check the Motor Driver(A3983)
on the Scan Joint Board.
3. Check the 24V Fuse on the SMPS.
4. Check the connection

Alignment & Troubleshooting
of CCDM with a belt.
Replace the CCDM Home Sensor.
Replace the Scan Joint Board.
Replace the SMPS.
Connect the CCDM with a belt
correctly.
