DISASSEMBLY PROCEDURE（分解手順）
1.
JK circuit board
(Time required: About 2 minutes)

Remove the six (6) hexagon socket head bolts marked
[150]. The bottom case assembly can then be removed.
(Fig. 1)

There is a rubber washer in the threaded hole of the
lower case assembly. Do not lose the rubber washer,
which may fall out of the threaded hole when the
removed lower case assembly is turned upside
down.

Tighten the screws in the sequence shown in Fig. 1
to install the lower case assembly.

Remove the three (3) screws marked [160]. The cover
can then be removed. (Fig. 2)

Disconnect the connector CN201 of the JK circuit
board and separate the pad sensor assembly and hoop
assembly. (Fig. 3)

センサAss'y、JKシート、シートスイッチ
（所要時間：各約 2 分）

[150] の六角穴付ボタンボルト 6 本を外して、下
ケース Ass'y を外します。 （図 1）
※
下ケース Ass'y のネジ穴にはゴムワッシャーが入ってい
ます。外した下ケース Ass'y を裏返すと、ネジ穴からゴ
ムワッシャーがこぼれ落ちるので、紛失しないように注
意してください。
※
下ケース Ass'y を取り付ける際は、図 1 のネジ締め順序
に従ってネジを締めてください。

[160] のネジ 3 本を外して、カバーを外します。

JK シートのコネクタ CN201 を外して、パッドセ
ンサ Ass'y とフープ Ass'y を分離します。 （図 3）
