B. Defrost By Weight
Example: Defrost beef of 500g:

Note : When the cooking time is halfway through,the oven will produce two beeps to let
you know.If you want to turn the food over, open the door and oven will stop
immediately.You can now turn the food over and close the door.Then press "start"
to continue the cooking. If you do not need to turn the food over,you can just leave
it to continue to cook.
8 . SPEEDY MICROWAVE COOKING
1) In standby state, press "

9 . MICROWAVE AUTO FUNCTION

This auto function has ten pre-programmed cooking. You do not need to set either
times or the power level. The table below shows the time taken to cook weight of
