6.3.1 Closed Network TX
If Closed Network TX is set to ON, you only can transmit a document to any destination
registered in One Touch Dial, Speed Dial and Phone Book.
Closed Network TX provides a means of controlling machine communications and, when
transmitting an important document, avoiding transmission to the wrong destination.
On the other hand, you can not dial the FAX NO. directly from the numeric keys.
1. Press the Utility key 4 times.
The display changes to the TX Operation
mode.
2. Press '4' of the Numeric keys.
The display now changes to the Closed
Network TX mode
3. Press the ◄ or ► key to select ON or OFF the
closed Network, and press Yes key.
4. This completes the setting for Closed Network TX.
Press the Panel Reset key, back to the initial
state.
Then, the initial screen appears.
