You can record directly from a radio,
TV or other
sound
sources
by using an appropriate
connecting
cord as illus-
trated.
The illustration
shows the connections
for direct recording
from SONY
components.
If your radio, TV, etc., is not a
SONY
product.
please refer to its own instruction
manual.

When recording
from the earphone
jack of a radio or
TV,
or duplicating
the tape from another tape recorder,
adjust
the sound level of the
radio,
TV or another
re-
corder
to a normal listening
level.
o
When
duplicating
the tape to another
tape
recorder,
adjust the TC-55 to a normal listening
sound level.
