Toner level sensing

The rotational behaviour of the plastic shutter, mounted inside the ID
assembly, depends on the amount of toner in the ID.
As shutter turns, it obstructs light leaving the prism.
The faster the shutter rotates means toner is getting low. If shutter rotates
slowly, it means there is still toner in the cartridge.
