- primary exchanger is defective
- low water pressure in heating system
- check gas settings and regulation

- check for leaks in heating circuit
- defective water filling loop
- check DHW storage
- expansion vessel is empty
- faulty detection electrodes

- check electric circuit for flame detection
- Faulty (contacts) ntc sensor-heating/hot water
- Defective (poorly calibrated) safety thermostat
- Presence of air in the primary water circuit
