Choose [ ].
Press the [ ][ ] buttons to choose [ ],
and then press the [ ] button.
The camera SSID and password are
displayed.

Connect the smartphone to the
network.
In the smartphone's Wi-Fi setting menu,
choose the SSID (network name)
displayed on the camera to establish a
connection.
In the password field, enter the password
displayed on the camera.

Start Camera Connect.
Start Camera Connect on the
smartphone.

Select the camera to connect to.
On the camera selection screen
displayed on the smartphone, choose the
camera to begin pairing.

Import images.
Use the smartphone to import images
from the camera to the smartphone.
Use the smartphone to end the
connection; the camera will automatically
turn off.
Connections require that a memory card be in the camera.
You can also change the camera nickname on the screen in
step 2 ( = 137).
Password input can be disabled by choosing MENU ( = 32)
> [ 4] tab > [Wi-Fi Settings] > [Password] > [Off], but we
recommend setting it to [On] for better security.
One smartphone can be registered to the [ ] button. To assign a
different one, first clear the current one in MENU ( = 32) > [ 4]
tab > [Mobile Device Connect Button].
