  • Page 3: Touch Screen Display

    Touch screen display Your alarm clock radio has a an innovative touch screen interactive display. Use the pad of your finger or use the touch screen pointer rod to operate (see diagram for location). We recommend the pointer rod to avoid finger prints.
  • Page 4 Battery back-up facility (battery not included) Unit will work without a battery being fitted Your clock radio is equipped with a battery back-up facility. Remove the battery compartment cover (underneath the unit) by pushing in the clip and lifting off.
  • Page 5 Press the MODE button once, the current time will flash. You must adjust the time whilst the clock display is flashing. Repeatedly press the UP or DOWN buttons to change the time by 1 minute increments. Or hold down UP or DOWN buttons to change the clock rapidly.

    Setting the alarms You can set two independent alarms to sound (by buzzer or by radio) each day of the week (Monday to Sunday) or from Monday to Friday or only weekend. Repeatedly press the MODE button until the alarm 1 time appears and flashes. Press the UP or DOWN to set the alarm time.

    • The aerial for the MW waveband is located inside the unit. To obtain maximum MW reception rotate the clock radio. Press the POWER / SLEEP button. Adjust the VOLUME control to a suitable level.

  • Page 8: Setting The Sleep Function

    Last station memory function The frequency of the last station tuned to before switching off the unit will be stored in the memory. When the unit is switched on again, it will receive this station in the respective waveband. When changing the waveband, the last station tuned to in each waveband will also be stored in the memory.

    Fahrenheit ( you don’t press any key for 15 seconds, LCD will keep the current status and the temperature will stop flashing. Every 15 seconds the clock radio will test the temperature and update the indoor temperature automatically. will flash.

    Backlight When the mains power is connected to the unit, the backlight will always be on. It will dim automatically depending upon the darkness. The backlight will be extinguished in the event of a power cut and a backup battery is fitted.

    Maintenance Do not expose your clock radio to extreme of temperatures. The product should be kept in a warm environment free from dust and damp. For external cleaning use only a soft, clean, damp cloth. Use of detergents may damage the finish.
