LC-45GD5U
ÆIC3201 (THC63LVD823)
170 MHz LVDS (Low Voltage Differential Signaling) 24-bit interface chip for transmission. It is an LSI for
serializing and transmitting RGB signals, HD/VD/blanking signals and pixel clocks.
LVDS is a method for transmitting high-speed digital signals via cables driven by small-amplitude differential
signals.
A link consists of five pairs of differential signals. The TA, TB, TC, and TD pairs are used for data transmissions,
and the TCLK pair is used for pixel clock transmissions. Seven data bits of TA, TB, TC, and TD (28 in total) are
transmitted per pixel clock.
The input RGB (24-bit) signal and sync signal (HD, VD and DE) are allocated to 56 data bits, equivalent of two
links.
ÆIC2501 (IX3370CE)
IC for decoding voice data that decodes SIF files and acts as a selector of input voice data.
ÆIC2702 (AK4586VQ)
24-bit CODEC with built-in 2-channel ADC and 6-channel DAC. (CODEC is a device that converts analog
signals to digital bit stream.) AK4586 also contains a 96 kHz/24-bit compatible DIR (Digital Audio Receiver), and
automatically detects non-PCM data stream such as AC-3 and MPEG.
CODEC is an electronic circuit, a type of AD/DA converter that converts analog voice data to digital codes, and
vice versa.
ÆIC2700 (NJU26150)
Processor IC consisting of a 24-bit DSP (Digital Signal Processor) core with built-in DIR and various interfaces.
It is activated by downloading a program written on IC2706 (E2PROM) to the built-in PRAM.
Its internal function is composed of sound delay, BBE and parametric equalizer, and performs digital processing
in the I2S format.
It has three input lines (SDI0, SDI1 and SDI2) and three output lines (SD00, SD01 and SD02). Two types of LR
clocks (LRI and LRO) and BCKs (BCKI and BCKO) establish data transfer on serial data lines.
ÆIC2701 (NJU26106)
Digital signal processor to decode matrix-encoded stereo signal (Lt/Rt). On this unit, it functions as the Dolby
Virtual.
ÆIC2709 (AK4353)
96 kHz/24-bit compatible stereo CMOS D/A converter with a built-in digital audio transmitter.
ÆIC2502 (TA2024)
Class-T type Digital audio power amplifier with a maximum continuous output of 15 W/ch.
ÆIC2300 (IXB345WJ)
Main microprocessor's Monitor micom that communicates with the display
operates the system. It also controls power of the entire system.
ÆIC3701 (TB1308FG)
IC for synchronous processing for format detection and for frequency measurement. Its chip incorporates
functions required for frequency measurement of input signals and those for synchronous play. It is compatible
with horizontal synchronous play (15.75 kHz, 31.5 kHz, 33.75 kHz, 45 kHz) and vertical synchronous play (525I,
525P, 625I, 750P, 1125I, 1125P, PAL 100 Hz, NTSC 120 Hz).
ÆIC1912 (SiI9021)
Digital interface receiver with High-bandwidth Digital Content Protection (HDCP) composed of the dual-input
type TMDS (Transition-Minimized Differential Signaling).
Supports both HDMI (High-Definition Multimedia Interface) and DVI (Digital Visual Interface).
