TROUBLE SHOOTING TABLE
s TEMP . AD on page 1 of process adjustment mode set to 255?
s the harness connected correctly between the inverter GND
PWB and LCD control PWB?
s the input voltage at pin (62) of C2004 (microprocessor) 5V?
The thermistor on the inverter GND PWB is faulty.
Does the inverter oscillation circuit in the power supply unit
operate normally?
Has the fuse (F705) in the power supply unit burnt out?
s pulse power supplied to the booster circuit on the inverter
PWB?
Check the booster circuit on the inverter PWB. Are circuits on the
inverter GND PWB and LCD control PWB normal?
Check the fluorescent lamps, connectors and peripheral circuits.
s the gradation pattern displayed properly when setting
Adjustment process menu -> PATTERN1 -> PATTERN3 to "1"?
( s it whitish or dark?)
Disconnect the FPC from SC4651 and SC4652. (To protect the
panel against damage)
Check of voltage supplied to the panel
