Connections
Power Connections(to Battery Pack)
For new or exhausted rechargeable battery pack, we recommend it be charged for 4 hours.
Basic operations on the battery pack
(Li-ion Polymer Rechargeable Battery Pack 7.4V 2200mA/h)
a. Match the hooks of the battery pack into the holes on the rear of the player.
b. Press and slide the battery pack until the hooks click.
c. Push on the marked section shown as Fig.(b) to lock the battery pack.
d. To charge the battery pack, connect the AC adapter to the Battery Recharge Jack.
e. The battery LED indicator will be red during the charging, and turn to green automatical-
ly after it is fully charged.
f. To disassembly the battery pack, push the Battery Release Button, and slide upward.

**The battery pack can be recharged for about 300 times without obvious performance dropped**
Note:
a. Use the special charges.
b. Never dispose of in fire or heat up.
c. Do not use in high temperature or near heat sources.
d. Do not open the cover. Refer servicing only to qualified service personnel.
e. Do not charge up the battery pack while the DVD player is working with the battery pack.
f. Danger of explosion if battery is incorrectly replaced. Replace only with the same or equiv
alent type.
Low Battery Detection: When battery voltage reaches low, the unit will access to STANDBY
mode automatically.
Extra Function: The battery pack can be used as the stand for the main unit, so that you can
enjoy your movie at the desired angle.

Playing a Disc

Basic Playback
1. Slide the Power Switch to ON position to turn on the unit.
Power management: If the player will not be in use for a long period of time, push th
power switch to OFF position.
2. Load a disc
Press the OPEN button to open the DVD door and insert a disc with the label up.
Close the DVD door by hand.
a). If the single sided disc is placed upside down, "NO DISC" or "BAD DISC" will appear on
screen.
b). After playing back all of the chapters in the title, the player will stop automatically and
show the menu screen.
3. Start playback
Press the ENTER/PLAY button to start playing. (Some disc may play automatically).
If a DVD disc menu appears on screen,
Press the Direction buttons to select the desired feature in the menu.
Press ENTER to confirm a selection in the menu.
4. Adjust the volume
Turn the volume control on main unit to the desired volume level.
Problem disc messages
The following message will be displayed on screen when there is a format problem with loaded
disc.
"WRONG REGIONAL DISC"
Region code of the disc is not matching to the player's. (Region 1 to region 6)
"WRONG PASSWORD"
The rating level of the disc is higher than the rating level setting of the player.
The player will not play the disc.
"WRONG DISC"
The player is equipped with automatic disc quality detection software. When the player detects
a problem or damaged disc, the unit may play the disc at a lower quality or stop completely,
depending on the damaged level of the disc.
Problem qualities of DVD discs vary, Some discs may deviate from
the industry standard. Some incorrectly formatted discs may be
played. However, the playback and operational quality may be
substandard.
