    Always use accurate measuring cups and spoons, if not, dough will not rise and bake properly. You can make all types of yeast dough in your Welbilt Bread Machine. Be sure to adjust your favorite recipe accordingly for use with the Bread Machine. Never use more than three cups of flour and not less than 1 /2 cups.
