When you connect your phone to your computer, this storage is accessible and you can copy files
between them.
When you do a factory reset, you can choose whether to erase this storage or not.
To view the internal phone memory space:
Touch > > S ettings > Storage and scroll to the INTERNAL SD CARD STORAGE

To erase the internal phone memory:
1. Touch
> > S ettings > S torage and scroll to the INTERNAL SD CARD STORAGE
section.
2. Touch Erase internal SD card > Erase internal SD card > E rase everything.
Note: The formatting procedure erases all the data in the storage, after which the files CANNOT be
retrieved. To prevent the loss of important data, please check the contents before you format the
storage.
External SD Card Storage (External microSD Card)
The external SD card storage options let you view the microSD card's size and available space,
unmount the card for safe removal from the phone, and format (erase) the card. For details, see
View the microSD Card Memory, Format the microSD Card and Unmount the microSD Card.

Battery

Check how much power remains for the battery and what has been using the battery.
Touch > > S ettings > Battery to view your battery status.

Note: You can touch an app to adjust its settings in order to save battery life. For example, touch
Screen > Display to change screen brightness and sleep.

Apps

This menu lets you control your apps, including managing and removing them, viewing running
services, checking storage and memory, and more.
1. Touch
> > S ettings > Apps.
2. Touch DOWNLOADED, ON SD CARD, RUNNING, ALL to view apps in each category.
3. Touch an app to see its information. You can stop the app, uninstall the app, clear data and
cache, or move the app between the user application space and the internal SD card storage.
