Replacing the keyboard

Procedure

1 Adhere the Mylar to the keyboard.
2 Align the screw holes on the keyboard with the screw holes on the palm-
rest assembly.
3 Replace the screws that secure the keyboard to the palm-rest assembly.
4 Adhere the Mylar to the screws that secure the keyboard to the palm-rest
assembly.
5 Connect the keyboard cable and keyboard-backlight cable to the
keyboard-controls board.

Post-requisites

1 Replace the system
2 Replace the hard
