Turn off all hot ater taps. Press ON OFF t ice.
Contact a licensed professional.
Check that nothin is lockin the flue inlet or exhaust.
Check all vent co ponents for proper connec ons.
Ensure approved ven n aterials are ein used.
Ensure vent len th is ithin li its.

Check fan for locka e.

Check that the as is turned on at the ater heater, as eter, or c linder.
If the s ste is propane, ake sure that as is in the tank.
Ensure appliance is properl rounded.
Ensure as t pe and pressure is correct.
Ensure as line, eter, and or re ulator is sized properl .
Bleed all air fro as lines.

If the s ste is propane, ake sure that as is in the tank.
Ensure as line, eter, and or re ulator is sized properl .
Ensure as t pe and pressure is correct.

Ensure proper ven n aterial as installed.
Ensure condensa on collar as installed properl .
Ensure vent len th is ithin li its.

Check po er suppl for proper volta e and volta e drops.
Ensure fla e rod ire is connected.
Check fla e rod for car on uild-up.
Disconnect and reconnect all irin harnesses on unit and PC oard.
Check for DC shorts at co ponents.
Check as solenoid valves for open or short circuits.
Re ove urner plate and inspect urner surface for condensa on or de ris.
Check for restric ons in air flo around unit and vent ter inal.
Ensure SW5 in DIPSW 2 is in the off posi on.
Check as t pe of unit and ensure it atches as t pe ein used.
Check for lo ater flo in a circula n s ste causin short-c clin .
Ensure dip s itches are set to the proper posi on.

Check heat exchan er for cracks and or separa ons.
Check heat exchan er surface for hot spots hich indicate locka e due to scale
uild-up. Refer to instruc ons in anual for flushin heat exchan er. Hard ater

Measure resistance of safet circuit.
