15. NO SE ESTIRE PARA ALCANZAR.
Mantenga siempre la posición firme y un equilibrio adecuado.
16. NO USE NUNCA UNA PISTOLA DE CLAVOS QUE ESTE DEFECTUOSA
O QUE NO FUNCIONE NORMALMENTE.
Si la pistola de clavos no parece funcionar correctamente, hace ruidos extraños o parece
tener algún otro defecto, deje de usarla inmediatamente y coordine para llevarla a reparar a
un centro de servicio autorizado por Hitachi.
17. PERMANEZCA ALERTA.
Observe siempre lo que hace y use el sentido común. No opere la pistola de clavos si está
cansado. La pistola de clavos no se debe usar nunca por personas que estén bajo la
influencia del alcohol, drogas o medicamentos que provoquen sueño.
18. MANIPULE CORRECTAMENTE LA PISTOLA DE CLAVOS.
Use la pistola de clavos según el manual. No permita jamás el uso de la pistola de clavos
por parte de niños, personas que no estén familiarizadas con su funcionamiento ni el per-
sonal no autorizado.
19. NO USE NUNCA LA PISTOLA DE CLAVOS PARA APLICACIONES QUE
NO SEAN LAS ESPECIFICADAS EN ESTE MANUAL.
20. MANIPULE LA PISTOLA DE CLAVOS CON CUIDADO.
No deje caer la pistola de clavos ni golpee superficies duras con la pistola de clavos.
Además, no raye ni grabe señales en la pistola de clavos. Manipule la pistola con cuidado.
21. DE UN MANTENIMIENTO CUIDADOSO A LA PISTOLA DE CLAVOS.
Mantenga la pistola de clavos limpia y lubricada para lograr un rendimiento mejor y más
seguro.
22. USE SOLO LAS PIEZAS, ACCESORIOS O SUJETADORES QUE SE IN-
CLUYEN O SON RECOMENDADOS POR HITACHI.
Las piezas, accesorios o sujetadores no autorizados pueden anular la garantía y pueden
conducir al funcionamiento incorrecto y ocasionar lesiones. Las reparaciones a la pistola
de clavos sólo deben ser realizadas por el personal de servicio entrenado por Hitachi, el
distribuidor o el empleador.
23. NO MODIFIQUE NI ALTERE NUNCA LA PISTOLA DE CLAVOS.
El hacer esto pudiera conducir al funcionamiento incorrecto y ocasionar lesiones
personales.

Inspecting the Magazine
•
Clean the magazine. Remove dust or wooden tips which may have accumulated
in the magazine.

Storing
•
When not in use for an extended period, apply a thin coat of the lubricant to the
steel parts to avoid rust.
•
Do not store the Nailer in a cold weather environment. When not in use, the
Nailer should be stored in a warm and dry place.
•
Keep out of reach of children.

Warning Label
•
Change the WARNING LABEL if missing or
damaged. A new WARNING LABEL is avail-
able from a Hitachi Authorized Service Center.

CAUTION
•
Repair, modification and inspection of Hitachi Power Tools must be carried out
by an Hitachi Authorized Service Center. This Parts List will be helpful if
presented with the tool to the Hitachi Authorized Service Center when
requesting repair or other maintenance. In the operation and maintenance of
power tools, the safety regulations and standards prescribed in each country
must be observed.
MODIFICATIONS
Hitachi Power Tools are constantly being improved and modified to incorporate the
latest technological advancements. Accordingly, some parts (i.e.: code numbers
and/or design) may be changed without prior notice.
SERVICE AND REPAIRS
WARNING
Only service personnel trained by Hitachi, distributor or employer shall repair the Nailer.
Use only Hitachi parts supplied or recommended by Hitachi for repair.
All quality Nailers will eventually require servicing or replacement of parts because of wear
from normal use.
In order to achieve the optimal performance of the NT50YF Manual Flooring Nailer, preventative
Maintenance is recommended.
